* The LESSEE shall provide proof of employment and salary, along with a satisfactory credit check, at the same time as the Promise to Lease, all to the satisfaction of the LESSOR.
* The LESSEE must acknowledge and comply with all condominium rules and regulations and sign the related documentation prior to occupying the premises.
* A move-in/move-out administrative fee charged by the condominium administration/management shall be the responsibility of the LESSEE and payable upon signing of the lease.
* The Promise to Lease and all annexes form an integral part of the lease.
